  The guys at Staples worked on my computer for over an hour to fix the problem. They were very patient with my computer iliteracy and then never charged me a nickle. Thank you Staples!

  I brought my iPhone 5s to have the screen replaced and they damaged the front camera. It's been exactly a month later and, after a phone call and three visits in person to the store, it still isn't fixed. I was told to come in on a specific day and time and the manager would fix it - but he was tied up in interviews and would not stop to fix the phone. Tech service and customer service - not really!
