  I went here to get service through Verizon..switching from straight talk..and after 4 close to 5 hours I left without their service!! without my data on my phone!! they wiped all my pictures all my contacts all my apps everything!!!!!... all on a hunch it would allow my phone to switch to their service which of course it didn't... oh yea did I mention the 125$ security deposit they required with my debit card instead of the cash I brought specifically for that but apparently it was easier for them and now they say it'll be 6 weeks for a refund?!!?!!? How is that even ok??? for one I should have said no to the debit card and given them cash and demanded it back!!! And when they started to talk about hard resetting my phone I should have said no and walked away...at the end of the day I walked in that door and lost 125$ as of now...well at least for 6 weeks might as well be gone...and almost 1000 pictures of my 2 1/2 year old daughter!!!! I highly suggest if you need Verizon WAIT for someone who knows what they are doing...never in my life have I felt so violated...all because I wanted their service well I guess live and learn...highly recommend checking elsewhere for cellphone service as I would hate for anyone else to go through this...
